How do you interpret Scripture? We have a vast and varied landscape of Scriptural interpretation running wild through our cultural and spiritual landscapes. How did Yeshua interpret Scripture? How does His stance inform why and how we defend a particular way of understanding Scripture? Finally, how do we define and live into a spiritually mature life using Scripture as Yeshua did?

Dr. Stan Wood is an Adjunct Professor at Fuller, Columbia, Memphis, Denver and Pittsburgh and Andrews University Theological Seminaries.   He specializes in new congregational development.  Stan planted a new congregation in the Philadelphia suburbs and served as chaplain to the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles.  He is married to the love of his life, Dar Sessions Wood, Ph.D. They have a 10-year-old daughter, Eleanor Grace.  Stan is a skier, an occasional surfer, and he is learning to fly fish.
